Measurement has started
The owner approves the exact question set once during onboarding. The first measurement then starts automatically when setup is complete. Preliminary results usually appear within about an hour after measurement starts. That time does not start at login, saving brand facts or a saved question edit.
The current method collects three answers per question and AI service, at least one hour apart. The report updates automatically as work completes. Monthly measurements continue automatically. Later changes apply from the next run with trend markers, without renewed approval. You do not need to trigger the same measurement again.
Read preliminary results
Preliminary results are available evidence from an incomplete measurement. Check each component's state, recorded sample count, date and scope. One or two samples do not form the final three-sample baseline. A component still waiting for data is not a zero score. Use the result link in the setup card to open the available report.
Do not infer a trend, final recommendation or completed measurement from an early score. Fallback evidence carries reduced confidence. Keep measured answers separate from research and unavailable responses.
Read the final report
Final means the required measurement and publication checks have completed for that report. Open Overview, then inspect questions and sources in Explore and the supporting evidence in Content & actions. Components can have different observation dates; always read their labels. Once the first report is available and setup is complete, the setup card disappears from Overview.
Waiting, paused or a problem
In progress means work continues. Paused or Problem needs the explanation shown in the portal; it is not a final score. Do not restart or approve an old proposal to work around it. If the portal asks for an input, complete that step. Otherwise write to support@creative-data-engineers.com with the brand, visible state and time you noticed it. Never send a sign-in link or secret.
