How the portal works

Published August 29, 2026 · Updated August 29, 2026

The portal is the current record of your AI search measurement. CDE runs the work, publishes verified results, and keeps every release traceable.

From measurement to dashboard

  1. CDE measures the agreed brand, markets, languages, competitors, pages, and buyer questions.
  2. The result is checked for completeness and tied to the versions of the method and question bank used for that run.
  3. CDE publishes a dated release. The dashboard then opens on that latest published version.

How this works explains the measurement cadence, question bank, and published result.
Nothing changes silently.A published release is an immutable dated record. New data arrives in a new release, so prior results remain available as the basis for the trend.

Who does what

CDE

Maintains the measurement setup, runs the agreed schedule, checks complete results, and publishes releases.

Your team

Reads the findings, keeps public brand facts current, files setup change requests, and sends question feedback.

The split protects trend quality while giving your team direct control over facts that should stay current. Fields that define the measurement go through review because changing them affects comparison with earlier results.

What you see when you sign in

Select a brand to open its latest published release. The tabs divide that release into search demand, AI visibility, buyer questions, website readiness, and schema work. The Overview brings the main signals together.
