From setup to evidence
Saved facts and scope define the questions the owner approves once during onboarding. Measurement starts automatically after that approval when setup is complete. Monthly runs continue automatically. Recorded answers and page checks provide evidence; publication makes checked results available in the portal. Use Setup & method to inspect the inputs and method.
Regular updates
Search Console refreshes on Mondays at 07:00 UTC. AI readiness and AI visibility measurement are scheduled for the first Monday of each month. The current sampling method collects three answers per question and service at least one hour apart. These are measurement schedules, not promises that every component will be final at a fixed hour.
Partial and published reports
A run collects evidence; a release is the report version made available to you. Preliminary components can be published while other work continues. Read their state and observation dates. Automatic updates continue toward the final report. Waiting, paused and missing evidence must not be read as zero scores.
Versions and history
A release preserves its evidence and input versions. Use the available report history to inspect an earlier published state. Later changes to questions, scope or method apply automatically from the next run with trend markers. Running measurement continues without renewed approval; results across a marker may not be directly comparable. Historical contracts may use a three-day schedule; they do not describe the current hourly sampling method. An email's direct report link may be time-limited; sign in to find the report if that link no longer opens. This is not a promise that all report history expires after 90 days.
