Runs and releases

Published August 29, 2026 · Updated August 29, 2026

Different parts of the system refresh on the schedule that suits their source. Every published result keeps a clear date and measurement version.

The refresh schedule

Weekly

Google Search Console data refreshes to show recent clicks, impressions, position, and query demand.

Monthly

Buyer-question research and website readiness refresh. The AI visibility measurement also runs against the locked question bank.

Source dates appear with the relevant result. A release can contain sections with different observation windows because those sources update at different speeds.

How the AI result stays comparable

Each monthly AI measurement uses three passes. Every pass uses the same locked buyer questions, assistants, market, language, and method for that measurement period. Repeating the same setup reduces the chance that a one-off answer is mistaken for a durable pattern.

The release records the methodology version and question-bank version. That stamp tells you which measurement contract produced the result.

Verified results remain in place. If a measurement window is incomplete, it does not replace the current verified release. The dashboard continues to show the latest result that passed the completeness checks.

When a trend boundary appears

Domains, markets, languages, priority pages, and monitored competitors define the measurement. When CDE approves a requested change to one of those fields, the next applicable release includes a visible trend boundary.

Read results across that boundary with care. A difference may reflect the new measurement scope as well as a change in real-world visibility.

Release dates and versions

A release is a dated package of approved dashboard data and documents. Publication never rewrites an older release. This gives your team a stable point of reference for reviews, reports, and follow-up work. A portal link is valid for less than 90 days from creation; it expires at exactly 90 days.
