What JSON-LD is
JSON-LD is structured data that describes a page and its main entities in a standard machine-readable format. It helps search and AI systems identify the organization, website, page, product, or service without relying only on visible wording. It supports understanding, but it does not guarantee a ranking, mention, or citation.
What the portal records
Each inventoried page shows the structured data observed on the page, the observation date, the detected types, and the decision basis. The live capture remains available when a reviewed proposal is published.
No generic draft is generated for an inventoried page. A proposal is a separate reviewed document based on the live graph and page evidence.
Review the page inventory
- Open Schema & JSON-LD.
- Use Page decisions to inspect the page path, observed types, decision, and basis.
- Choose View live JSON-LD to download the capture stored with the current release.
- If the row says Proposed change (reviewed), choose View proposed JSON-LD to download that separate document.
Use the review state
Review required means the release contains the live capture and a decision basis, but no reviewed proposal. The portal does not offer a Generate action for that row.
A reviewed proposal is still a suggested change. Give it to the website maintainer with the live capture so they can compare the graphs before implementation.
Keep the record current
Each capture and proposal stays tied to the release that published it. A later page audit can produce a new live capture, decision, or reviewed proposal.
