Find the published document
Open Content & actions, choose Plan (or Briefs where shown), and look for Documents in this release when the release includes documents. Select the published TXT AI brief and use its download control. Available documents depend on the selected brand and published release. If no brief is listed, do not substitute an unrelated CSV export.
Check facts and version
Keep the release date and facts version with the brief. It reflects the published release, which may differ from current facts saved after publication. Confirm updated facts in Setup & method and check for the next published brief before treating it as current.
Use it as context
Give the TXT to your assistant as background, then ask it to cite the relevant evidence and flag missing facts. A brief is not an approval to make claims or publish changes. CSV exports contain table data; they do not replace the narrative TXT document. The MCP connector can list and retrieve published documents too.
