Open AI readiness and inspect the page and check views. A page detail identifies the URL, audit date, fetch state, page type, expected checks and findings. Missing evidence is different from a failed applicable check. Coverage explains which pages and checks were assessed; rival results are limited to their own recorded scope.
Read the score bands
Readiness uses Strong at 90 or above, Good from 70, Fair from 50 and Weak below 50. These bands are separate from setup or publication status. A page score is not an AI mention rate or a promise of citations.
Method and limits
Audits inspect content after rendering. Methodology v2 weights are Content depth, 30%; Entity clarity, 15%; Answer-first structure, 15%; Page structure, 12%; Schema markup, 10%; Image captions, 8% when applicable; Meta information, 4%; Sitemap, 3%; Hreflang, 3% when applicable. Read the expected checks for the page type before comparing scores.
The per-engine gate reports crawlability separately. A strong rendered page does not prove every AI crawler sees the same content. Informational checks do not automatically contribute weight, and unverified access is not confirmed indexation.
Dates and next steps
Readiness is scheduled for the first Monday monthly. A single dated audit is a point, not a trend. Inspect a finding and its suggested next step, then use Content & actions for tracked work. Use Schema to compare recorded and proposed markup.
