We are building the questions buyers ask AI assistants about your category. You get an email when they are ready to review, usually within a few business days.
Review your questions
Read your questions. Use Change wording when a question does not fit your brand or market, and Add a question for anything missing. The source line tells you whether the questions came from Google Search Console data or category research.
Keep editing
Write one complete buyer question, confirm that results before and after the change are not directly comparable, then select Save change. Your wording appears immediately with a Changed or Added tag. For changed questions, Was shows the original wording.
You can edit several questions in one sitting, including a question you just changed or added. Your latest save replaces your earlier change. Changes saved by other account members appear when the page updates.
While you see Saving your changes. This takes a few seconds., keep editing. The page checks every ten seconds. After two minutes, it shows Saving is taking longer than usual. You can leave this page; we email you when your questions are ready.
Approve your updated questions
When your changes are saved, the tags and original wording remain for review. Select Approve these questions when you are done. You approve exactly these questions. An account owner approves them in the portal.
These exact questions are measured every month. You can change questions later; each change starts a new version.
After approval
The page shows Approved while your questions are scheduled for the first or next scan. The list is read-only during this step.
Once your questions are live, you can change wording or add a question again. Each change needs approval and is marked Questions changed on your trend charts. Results before and after that date are not directly comparable.
