Save the facts and preferences that define your first AI visibility measurement.

Save and confirm Brand facts

Edit one fact group at a time. Choose Save facts for each changed group. When the full profile is correct, choose Confirm facts. Saved facts remain after reload. Unsaved form drafts do not.

Apply Measurement setup

Complete domains, markets, languages, competitors, priority pages, aliases, and question kinds. Priority pages are the URLs we actually audit each cycle. Editorial briefs link only to the pages relevant to their question.

Aliases are optional and stored with the scope. They are not yet used for mention detection. Languages are recorded with the scope, but the current engine does not yet create separate language-specific question banks from that field. The question kinds are also recorded with the scope and shown in trend history. They do not yet change which questions are generated.

The change applies immediately. It creates a visible trend boundary, regenerates your questions, and joins the next included monthly run. It does not start an immediate paid run.

Set Question preferences

Added questions are judged and selected like other candidates. Excluded question text and topics are removed during selection, and excluded topics also appear in the reviewer rubric. Locked and excluded IDs come from Buyer Questions edits.

Notes for the reviewer are optional. They are read at the approval gate and do not change generation.

Choose Notification preferences

Choose Enable or Disable for onboarding actions, change impacts, monthly results, and weekly GSC summaries. Then confirm each choice.

You can see and change only your own notification choices. Account access email remains separate from these lifecycle notifications. An absent choice stays off and unconfirmed.

Read status and recover safely

The current workflow shows a safe state, a reference ID when available, and a bounded action hint. Retry appears only when a client or transport request can be repeated safely. Reload the page to read the saved server state after a lost response.

Frequently asked questions

Does applying setup start a paid run?

No. It regenerates questions and creates a visible trend boundary, but it does not start an immediate paid run.

Do aliases change mention detection today?

What happens after I reload?

The portal reads saved authority and workflow evidence from the server. Unsaved form drafts are not kept.
